I took this product when I was in the throes of lyme way back in 2014 and it helped tremendously lowering the anxiety that accompanies lyme disease. I stopped taking it when I got into remission a few years ago. Sadly, I am experiencing a Lyme flare-up now and I immediately bought the Avena.
