I have used this product intermittently for about 5yrs now and have always had good results. I started buying it online because it is no longer available in stores here in the Vancouver area.

The product appears to work as advertised, but it doesn't come with any information about best time of the day to take it, how it works, what foods or drinks to avoid before or after taking it (or maybe to avoid for the whole day when taking it), if it causes any digestive system issues, or if it affects (or is affected by) any medications.

Avenaforce should be taken 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals.
It is renown to reinforce the nervous system , it is both relaxing and stimulating. Avenaforce is made from fresh flowering Avena sativa.
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in humans was conducted in 2020 and showed exciting results in the use of Avena sativa. Conducted out of the Brain Performance and Nutrition Research Centre, the authors showed supplementation over four weeks in healthy adults decreased the physiological response to stress.
