DOSAGE: Take 15 minutes before meals.
Allow to slowly dissolve in the mouth:
Children 2-4 years old: (under 3 years - crush tablet and mix with food or dissolve in water before use):

Been using A Vogel liquid echinacea for many decades and love the product. Decided to try the pill form. It is just as good and easy to take Pleased I have tried this form and will definitely buy again. The price of the bundle was a plus as well.
Although I enjoyed the traditional lozenges these tablets are handy, compact and continue to be part of my 'preventative' regimen.

These two items are the best for coughing and sore throat. I carry the lozenges with me as I have to talk quite a lot throughout the day and they help me with my dry throat and cough.
This medicine is so effective on my colds. As soon as I feel the first symptom, I take echinaforce right away. It takes effect at once & my symptoms disappear in a day. I just continue for 2 more days & I’m good! Will forever use this echinaforce from A.Vogel.
