Adults and children 12 years+: Take 2 sprays (0.440 mL), 6 to 10 times daily.
Spray in back of throat as needed.
Store at room temperature (below 25C) in a dry place.

This is a must have in our house. Everyone in my household at the first sign of a sore throat will ask for it, and everyone else else gets a precautionary spray to make sure they don't get a sore throat, cause no one wants a sore throat. We usually have multiple bottles on hand to make sure there's always one available for use when needed.
