Best sleep med

I love this sleep aid. I just gave some to a friend. They definitely are non addictive and not habit forming for me. You wake up feeling fine. If I get up in the night I get back to sleep easily. I realize that we’re all different but that’s my experience,

It's a good remedy. It helps me relax and fall asleep faster. I slept more deeply and woke up feeling rested.I didn't really like the taste , it's not sweet and a bit herbal.

I liked the packaging in sachet form so it's easy if one needs to carry it around. I didn't like the taste so much, but swallowing with some water helped. I felt this sleep aid was effective so will definitely buy this!
