Family of 4 and we go thru a lot of Herbamare Red. With the exception of Ice Cream, and most times, waffles, we herbamare everything. The only complaint is that LifeStyles markets and Amazon only stock the small shaker (250g), I'd order a 1kg can if there was such a thing.
