Molkosan Original is made from Swiss milk. Fats and milk proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultrafiltration. The resulting whey is then lacto-fermented with an exclusive strain of lactic acid bacteria and pasteurized.
This natural fermentation process results in our Molkosan Original.

Ingredients

Concentrated deproteinized lactofermented Whey (Swiss milk), Bacterial culture, Potassium citrate. Contains milk, (L+) lactic acid (7 %).
Storage: Refrigerate after opening. Once opened, can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.

Serving suggestions: Adults

Molkosan Original Drink:
Add up to 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of Molkosan Original in a glass of spring or mineral water for a refreshing drink up to 3 times daily.
Molkosan Original Smoothie:
In a blender, mix 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of Molkosan Original, ½ can of frozen unsweetened pineapple juice, ½ cup (125 mL) of frozen unsweetened fruits and 1 cup (250 mL) of water. Blend until smooth. Adjust water quantity to obtain desired thickness.
Molkosan Original Herbal Tea:
Prepare a herbal fruit tea of your choice with honey and 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of Molkosan Original. Drink warm or iced. This very refreshing drink is perfect after exercising.
