EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
Medicinal ingredients:
Flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) oil 400 mg, providing 200 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA);
Whole Schizochytrium (Schizochytrium spp) algae oil 214.29 mg, providing 75 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 1.9 mg Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Glycerol, food starch (pea) modified, carrageenan, water, peppermint oil, RRR-alpha-tocopherol (natural), ascorbyl palmitate, sunflower lecithin, rosemary extract.

Dosage

General: Take with water, during a meal.
Adults (18 years and older):For source of omega-3 fatty acid: Take 2 capsules once daily.
Adults (18 years and older): For eye, cognitive and cardiovascular health: Take 2 capsules twice daily.
